FITNESS CENTER INFORMATION

The clubhouse in Heritage is spacious and beautiful, and the community takes great care in upgrading and maintaining its interior.

The clubhouse has been recently updated to a state of the art Fitness Center for only Heritage residents that are in good standings.

Use of the fitness center requires each homeowner to sign a “Waiver of Liability” form.  As in any community, there are Rules and Regulations which govern the use of the fitness center.  You can access the rules and regulations on the documents page.
